BASE was born in the world of motorsport, where pressure is constant and focus decides everything.
​After years competing in the sport, BASE founder Enzo Mucci began coaching drivers at every level, including Formula One. The same mental training system used by F1 drivers and other top performers became the backbone of our approach.

BASE gives you access to that same system so you can build the mind you need to succeed.

BASE was built to break the old rules of mental training.
For too long, people have been told to be positive or stay motivated. BASE exists to change that. We’re here to make mental training real, measurable and built for the world you actually live in.

Our mission is to make mental fitness as normal as physical fitness. Through coaching and technology we help people build the mindset and systems that create real results.
