
How BASE Works

The Training System
Like with physical training, you will work through structured training blocks built around a real goal or challenge you are preparing for.
First we assess your current mental skills. From there a challenge is set for the next ninety days and your training is designed around it.
Each week you focus on a specific mental skill and train it through short daily reps.
Those reps consistently develop the skills behind the results you want.
