This Privacy Policy explains how BASE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the BASE mobile application (the “App”) and related services.

BASE is a mental fitness technology platform. We take privacy seriously and design our systems to respect user trust while enabling meaningful personalisation and product improvement.

We do not sell your personal data.

AI outputs are generated based on the information you choose to provide. These outputs are not independently verified and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Your inputs may be used to improve the quality and relevance of AI responses for you and, in anonymised and aggregated form, to improve the App for all users.

We may analyse anonymised and aggregated data to:

- Develop benchmarks and insights
- Improve our systems, frameworks, and models

This data does not identify you personally and may be retained and used as part of BASE’s internal systems, insights, and intellectual property.
