Your BASE journey evolves with you, adapting to new challenges and ensuring constant growth and improvement.

PHASE 1: ASSESS & DESIGN
Your coaching journey begins with a comprehensive assessment to clarify your goals and current situation, laying the foundation for your mental training programme.

Using the BASE assessment protocol and software, we evaluate your mental skills and levels.
​
From this session, we gain a clear understanding of what needs to be trained, allowing us to design a training plan that develops the mind you want.
PHASE 2: TRAIN & PERFORM
Next we focus on developing and applying the mental skills essential for your success. You will train 1:1 with your coach using structured training sessions.
Your online sessions are designed to build your mental balance, agility, strength and endurance.

Once equipped with these skills, you’ll put them into action in when competing on track.


PHASE 3: TRACK & EVOLVE
Following each event, we’ll review your performance and track your progress.
You’ll also use our Driver Coach App to record feedback and performance levels during the race.

We then reassess and adjust your training, ensuring your program evolves with you, just like a physical fitness system.

HOW IS BASE
DELIVERED?
Your BASE training sessions will be delivered online for maximum convenience and flexibility. We use a combination of video and voice calls to conduct your sessions, ensuring you receive direct, personalized coaching from anywhere.

If you have access to a home simulator, we will also integrate online simulator sessions into your program so we can train and practice the mental skills on a deeper level.
​
Sessions are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your programme type.
