What is Mental Fitness?
Mental Fitness is about training your mind to be strong, agile, and resilient—fit for the challenges you face. It helps you perform at your best by aligning your mindset and mental skills with your goals.
Who is BASE Mental Fitness Training for?
BASE is for anyone who wants to improve their mental game.
Is Mental Fitness the same as Mental Health?
No. Mental Fitness is proactive training to optimise mental performance, while Mental Health addresses mental well-being and conditions. Both are important, but they serve different purposes. BASE focuses on Mental Fitness Training only.
How long does the programme take?
The duration depends on your goals, but most clients commit to a minimum of 3-6 months for noticeable improvements, with regular progress assessments.
How is the training delivered?
All training is delivered online via video calls, tailored to your schedule. Face to Face sessions and having Enzo with you at your events is also available.
Do I need any special equipment?
No special equipment is required. Just a working computer and internet connection.

What happens if I need to pause or cancel my programme?
You can pause or cancel anytime. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, but you won’t be charged again unless you choose to restart.
Can I continue to use my current mind coach, psychologist or therapist?
Yes. BASE works alongside other professionals to complement their work, offering a structured approach to mental performance training.
What if I have a busy life?
BASE is designed to fit seamlessly into busy schedules. Sessions are flexible and focus on practical, actionable strategies to maximize your time.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via monthly subscriptions, securely processed online. Details are provided during your consultation.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Refunds are not available for completed billing cycles. However, if BASE cancels the programme, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for any unused time.
